Orchestrated a full implementation for a large Metropolitan Transportation Agency as the SME for the Jobvite product, conducted discovery meetings/work sessions, consulted on system set up and configuration, developed training materials and conducted training.

Created and managed complex project plans, developed strong customer relationships, drove vendor relationship and became a subject matter expert on all modules of the system.

Lead conversion from Ceridian (Dayforce) to ADP (Vantage) for employee base of 3600 employees across multiple states. Implementation of several modules: HR, Payroll, G/L, Recruitment, Time & Benefits.In addition to the above:•Responsible for setting up deduction codes, pay codes & accrual rates in the system. Test and validate all changes to the system are operating as intended.•Works closely with Benefits Manager & Payroll Manager in implementing all changes to the system. •Coordinates & contributes to development and maintenance of HRIS systems for HR policies & guidelines, training and records database.•Provides information, or facilitates employees’ ability to access information. •Assists HR and Payroll project team members with technical issues related to the HRIS system by investigating problems and developing detailed suggestions for resolution of issues.•Assists department staff with technical issues related to the use of HRIS systems. Assists staff in the creation of more difficult queries to select and compile information from the HRIS system as needed.• Researches system capabilities to seek out and implement efficiencies across the organization. •Provides project oversight from design through implementation. Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates on project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that occur during the course of projects. Monitors project work to ensure that process is maintained within expected guidelines and completed on a timely basis.•Creates test scenarios & assists project team members in performing tests to insure all processes work according to predetermined goals.• Tracks HR program activity, conducts research & analysis.
