Having had a long interest in the medical field, but not wanting to work in the nursing field, I decided to purse a degree working more in detail behind the scenes involving patient care. Completing my Associate's of Applied Science in Medical Administration and obtaining my certification as a Medical Coder is the first step in my goal to obtain my Bachelors degree in the field as well as pursuing my certification as Medical Coder with the hospital endorsement. With previous experience at a Medical Facility in Rochester Minnesota, I am confident that I am on the right career path. I look forward to furthering my education and training.
