Ms. Hunt advises purchasers, sellers, borrowers, developers, and lenders in all types of commercial real estate and finance transactions. She focuses her practice on the acquisition, financing, and disposition of commercial real estate, including the servicing of commercial mortgage backed securities (CMBS) loans. She has significant experience representing special servicers and financial institutions in connection with the workout and enforcement of distressed real estate loans, with an emphasis on the restructuring of hotel related loans. She also advises on matters involving REMIC tax regulations and pooling and servicing agreements relating to CMBS loans.
