I have done billing for a total of 28 years. This has all been in the Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology fields. I have been in middle Management at both practices. Most recently, I had to step back from Management to transition into a more hybrid position. I worked in office 3 days a week and from home 2 days. Working from home gave me more time to concentrate on the Accounts Receivable. I was able to make those phone calls to Insurance company's and be on hold as long as necessary. I am proficient in EMR, having used two systems. One practice used Nextgen and my most recent employer eClincal Works. I also did all the medical records requests from patient, fellow Dr. practices, and insurance company's. I believe I would be a definite asset to your company with my years of experience.
