Manage the daily operations of the Physician Assistant History Center, including: work closely with the Board of Trustees, supervise special projects and website development, produce materials for Board and Committee Meetings, create and manage the Society's Budget.

Oversees all aspects of travel and meeting planning for the organizations three different Boards, Test committees and special meetings. Serve as conduit between meeting sponsors and Travel Consultant. Prepares and monitors board meeting budgets.

Oversee the day-to-day publicity functions for the Atlanta based CNN programs and talent, documentaries and weekend news feature programming including: writing press releases, creating press kits, photo shoots, managing talent requests, preparing budgets, developing publicity plans and strategies. Supervise media relations for CNN Productions vast array of programming and executives.

Write press releases; write on-air promo copy: schedule promo's; develop and manage on-air contests; manage & supervise PR Coordinator and Public Affairs Coordinator.
