Served as part of senior leadership team engaged in systems reform of NYC's child welfare agency. Worked to integrate national best practice into organizational operations, including building staff capacity; initiating self-evaluation structures to support program improvement; strengthening working relationships with Family Courts, preventive and foster care agencies; and enhancing community partnerships to support families whose children had been abused or neglected.

Provided leadership to national technical assistance team testing comprehensive models that built diverse partnerships to strengthen the family and community environments of young children living in vulnerable communities.

Oversaw program development and program management of a network of community based pediatric primary care clinics. Developed self-evaluation models that improved quality and utilization of clinical services
