During my time at Kay Jewelers, I was responsible for maintaining my personal goals, including sales, as well as helping to motivate other team members to do the same. I was responsible for all manager duties including making sure the store was well staffed, conducting interviews, processing payroll, making weekly schedules, handling customer care issues, etc.I was very involved in all aspects of keeping the stores running smoothly, including keeping the stores well organized and clean, building relationships with customers, and helping to build team morale.
