Addiction Recovery Systems (ARS) is an organization specializing in the treatment of drug and alcohol dependence through the combination of outpatient treatment, group and individual counseling and, when appropriate, medication assisted treatment. ARS was founded in 2004 and currently operates eight outpatient addiction treatment facilities throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.Our team believes that persons with addictive diseases should be treated with dignity and respect in a professional environment. ARS provides a multidisciplinary person-centered culture and tailors recovery plans for each individual based on his/her personalized healthcare needs.

Full life cycle Recruiting to include sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, extending offers and running 2 to 3 job fairs per year as needed. Process Bi-weekly Payroll for system of 1000 employees/business partners, and provide detailed Payroll Reports for Leadership and business units as requested.Conduct new hire orientation for 10 to 15 new hires per month. Coordinate training programs. Assist with employee relations issues. Prepare and coordinate employee communication materials (annual enrollment materials, orientation materials, benefits handouts, etc.).Assure compliance with FCC/EEO regulations and Labor Laws -Coordinate Leaves of Absence, Workers Compensation, and FMLA compliance Administer Human Resources policies/procedures and the Benefits and Compensation programs in accordance with corporate guidelines.
