I help clients strategize regarding how to gather and retain their electronically stored information, create and manage litigation holds, and supervise teams of experienced reviewers. I also prepare discovery responses and supervise the production of documents, with the aim of minimizng client risk and potential sanctions and providing uniform responses in cases around the country.
