Selling and maintaining existing builder accounts as well as generating new builder accounts.

I am currently in outside sales, selling hvac replacement units in the greater nashville area. Financing, extended warranties, IAQ.. (indoor air quality) options along with electrical replacement, additions and upgrades.

Coordinate and book all sales calls for 15 salesmen for 4 different trades: hvac, plumbing, electrical and home renovations. Track and monitor all quoted leads and turn into sales. Create follow up letters for customers and follow up phone calls behind salesmen to assure satisfaction and questions were answered. Book all sales calls by pre-qualifying the lead before running the call. Track Rinnai and Trane websites for leads and customer survey tracking. Exhaust all areas of opportunity for each lead that comes thru. Present contract programs to customers to earn their business.Manage and run the finance program/opportunities for all Sales and Service Technicians. Help customer get approved and understand what they are financing along with the terms to fit their budget, also guide all Salesmen and Service Technicians on the best option for their customers along with open to buy dollars to implement every opportunity for our customers. We also use second look opportunities for customers that are hard to approve, I manage this process directly with the customer and the finance company we choose. I fund all sales/service finance paperwork in a timely manner to make sure the sales a/r jobs are in and the commisions are paid on time.

Attained my real estate liscense in 2007 in an 80 hour program and then renew liscense every other year by taking refresher/up to date courses on line. Love interacting with people and helping them find their perfect dream home!! :)
