Customer Service Representative

Opens customer accounts by recording account information. Maintains customer records by updating account information. Manage large amount of incoming calls. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution. Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media. Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges. Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling. Cancel or upgrade accounts.
