My current position as a Patient Accounts Representative allows me to speak with patients from different hospitals regarding their bills. I assist with inquiries regarding the billing as well as providing solutions to help patients whether that is with payment plans or financial assistance options. I currently am skilled specifically to assist with one of our newest clients Eastern Maine Medical Center but also work with Mt Sinai,Brooklyn Hospital, and Memorial Medical Center.

Service to High ValueI spoke with card members who didn't generally utilize their card as their primary method of payment. We would talk about usage and offer different rewards and sometimes apr promotions. I also was a new hire mentor during the program and have been awarded multiple times as a top agent. We are closely monitored which I had consistent numbers as well as call gradings.

I worked primarily at the Customer Service Desk. Daily I would assist customers with refunds, store questions, special order purchases, credit applications, and much more. I was also required to input data regarding inventory and maintain mailing as well as filing.

I would handle a customer interaction whether in store or over the phone. As a top performer I was also used for other activities such as making pizza or helping send deliveries. I was recognized for being a top cashier in our up selling program several times as well.
