Moonlighting/PRN assignments within Fairview associated express care/urgent care. In addition, as of June 2021, formally switched from full time to casual with orthopedics and surgical services. This includes multiple surgical specialties. This included surgical assisting, independent or assisted clinic work, inpatient post operative care. I did these assignments in between Midway seasonal work. Typically work 3-5 days per week.

General Orthopedic Surgery physician assistant role which encompassed a clinical role, inpatient rounding, and surgical 1st assist. This did include joint injections of shoulders, knees, hands, fingers, and soft tissues as needed.

1st and 2nd assist for General Surgery which also included cross coverage to ENT, Obstetrics/Gynecological, orthopedics, and urology. Also provided inpatient rounding to all surgical services which adds neurosurgery/spine rounding. Included H+P's as needed for all services including ophthalmology. This position was exclusive to Fairview Northland Hospital in Princeton, MN.

Provided urgent and emergent care for working residents of the island (55-65) as well as any passing ships or planes with medical emergencies. 1st tour June 2021-December 2021; 2nd tour May 2022-September 2022. I was the sole Medical provider/staff available.
