As the Director of Regulatory Compliance at Meridian Health Services Corp., I oversee the compliance program for a federally qualified health center (FQHC) that provides integrated primary care, behavioral health, and social services to more than 50,000 patients in Indiana. I have more than 20 years of experience in healthcare administration, with a focus on governance, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.I hold a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Leadership and Learning in Organizations from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Health Care Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. I am also a certified Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) instructor and a coaching fellow at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI). I am passionate about improving the health and well-being of vulnerable and underserved populations, and fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration within the healthcare sector.
