I successfully owned/ operated my 7-11 store for 15years in the highly competitive Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. I grew store sales from $1.2 million to $2.9 million. I developed and coached ordering and inventory processes to help manage cost of goods and other selling expenses to maximize profits. I created training for my employees to make customer service our top priority earning our store the top score of Emerald on the corporate Brand Excellence scorecard for 9 months. I was highly involved in the community surrounding my store and cultivated strong relationships with the local schools and fire and police departments with various fundraising events.

I worked with store operators/franchisees to drive sales and profits for multiple locations. I oversaw and ensured that all stores complied with company standards of customer service, food service , cleanliness, inventory levels, and merchandising. I planned and coached implementation of marketing campaigns and sales promotions . I guided and supported 80+ staff members to consistently achieve business and personal goals for the team.
