Responsibilities include centralizing a contingent labor program with $30M annual spend to create consistent processes and maximize spend efficiencies for all US locations (50+ cities). This project included the review of multiple tool options, vendor selection, implementation, coordination and communication to all customers (internal and external) and ongoing enhancements. Ability to resolve issues, root cause analysis, and manage the program to success. Excels in creating and maintaining metric scorecards, from identifying the key metrics to track, to building and maintaining the VMS program.

Managed a staffing project for TASQ Technologies which is consolidating operations from two locations to one in Marietta, GA. Goal was to hire 325+ resources (levels ranging from hourly to executive) in the Marietta facility utilizing an outside vendor for sourcing.
