Implement and support Human Capital Management (HCM) systems ensuring processes and systems meet business needs.Collaborate with vendors and partners to configure, evaluate and test new functionality and interfaces. Support system and operational activities across the extended HCM System: reporting, payroll, HCM Core, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, etc.Administer and maintain HCM System security roles and access.Plan and execute projects to solve technical problems while managing multiple priorities.Document functional requirements, Standard Operating Procedures, System Administration Guides and ‘how-to’ instructions.

Work with various areas of the business to support the reporting and analysis of employee data.Develop, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools and consult with business users to fully understand their reporting needs.Generate complex queries and reports; and perform specialized analyses of employee data.Ensure continuity and efficiency by troubleshooting errors, analyzing data, and helping to maintain data integrity for the HR data, including testing and documenting data anomalies.Provide end user support for various functional and process related issues, making recommendations on process and system improvements.Compile and analyze external and internal data from multiple systems and resources to provide fact-based guidance to the decision-making process within HR and the business at large.Write and execute test scripts for testing of new data elements and releases.Assist in special projects as assigned to support HR business initiatives.Map, document, and train on processes across HR.
