Through To Empower U and Food Allergy U, I offer (in office and virtual) coaching services.My formal education (two Masters Degrees from NYU) is in Education and Social Work. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker and a Permanently Certified Teacher. I also Coach in three specialty fields (Social and Emotional Learning, Life Coaching with emphasis on Relationships, Parenting, Organization or Academics, and Life Coaching for those Living with Food Allergies. This diverse training informs my understanding of how people learn, work, live and love. I have more than 25 years’ experience putting that knowledge to work in the real world with adults, couples, groups, families and kids. I have worn many proverbial hats; I have been an educator, coach, public speaker, professional developer and social worker/psychotherapist.
