Responsible for ensuring an orderly flow of business by promoting industry 'best practices' through identification of operational efficiencies and improvements, compliance issues, training needs and audit review within Dundee branches in the region Western Canada, from Winnipeg west to the Yukon Actively facilitated the resolution of operational and compliance issues for approximately 400 financial advisors and 50 branch managers. This ensured that both financial professionals within The Dundee Group of Companies and their clients were receiving a level of customer service that was consistent with their expectations. Recruited and Transitioned several new advisors and branch managers to Dundee Wealth Management comprising of approximately $800 million in new assets.Co-chaired the quarterly 'Branch Administrators Council to Management'; a forum for administrators to bring current issues to the table for discussion and resolution. This resulted in a number of accomplishments, namely the production and launch of the ‘Branch Administrator’s Operations Manual’, a complete guide outlining the processes and procedures for doing business with Dundee Wealth Management’s operations departments. Collaborated on the development and delivery of the 'Administrators Professional Development Days'. Achieved the highest satisfaction rating out of four regional conferences held nationally. Delivered training to new and existing Branch Managers and Financial Advisors to promote ‘best practices’ that resulted in increased efficiencies allowing them to focus on revenue producing activities while ensuring compliance with both Dundee and industry rules and regulations
