My responsibilities include supporting 11 Indirect Retail store locations. This is done through, training, goal setting, grassroots events, accountability, auditing, working directly with principals, opening/relocating stores, reporting sales to all locations, and motivation. I visit the locations on a weekly basis to develop strong relationships and to keep an understanding of the progress and needs of the stores and its employees.
