My current responsibilities and duties and the Insurance Manger include;Maintaining group's insurance programs Claims processingResearching and providing advice/guidance to Company and staff.Implementing approved programs, promote loss prevention, update and monitoring compliance with insurance procedures and manage safety/risk management manuals.Identifying, measuring and managing insurable or hazard risks.Develop reports and plans and analyzing risk/insurance problems.Define and oversee the implementation of the risk solutions that help optimize company operations.Manage internal program and external relationships with service providers including Brokers, Insurers, Claim Handlers and Loss Adjusters.Developed and maintain the insurance department CRM program.
