As Children’s Law Center’s chief development officer, planned and led all of CLC’s private revenue fundraising accounting for one-third of CLC’s $8 million annual budget. I also led CLC’s transition to a donor-centered, individualized fundraising program resulting in 40% growth in individual giving and 20% growth in corporate giving from 2012 to 2013, and oversaw and secured sponsorships for CLC’s annual fundraising benefit, which in 2014 raised $1.1 million from individuals and corporations.

Scaled up an incipient individual donor initiative into a large-scale individual donor campaign which doubled individual donor revenue, launching the Friends of Latin America giving program in the process. Managed board of directors' participation in fundraising and launched and managed all aspects, including securing sponsorships, of WOLA’s annual fundraising and human rights award gala. Fostered relationships with foundations and wrote grant proposals, raising almost two-thirds of WOLA’s annual budget.

Wrote all foundation proposals and oversaw production of foundation reports and research on new foundations and corporations.

Assisted in development, writing, revision, and production of the master plan and case statement for the Museum’s capital campaign; researched corporate, foundation, and individual giving prospects; and coordinated and conducted prospecting sessions with trustees and potential donors.

Created and implemented a major gift plan, started a giving club for high dollar donors, organized fundraising events, cultivated major donors with quarterly newsletters and cultivation mailings, managed participation in the combined federal campaign, and ran the monthly giving program.
