I am a Transformational Life Coach who helps individuals and couples discover their authentic identity and establish balance in all areas of personal well -being. An accomplished ministry leader and teacher celebrating 12 years of sobriety from alcohol allows me to use that experience as well as extensive on the job training as a life skill teacher to many men and women struggling in all areas of addiction including drugs, alcohol, food and relationships. I encourage clients and students to seek balance in mind, body and spirit above all else in their individual search for purpose and identity. After raising her family, I have spent the last 9 years training, leading workshops and teaching and am currently pursuing a Christian Biblical Counseling Certificate. Today I offer a wide range of coaching programs and services - from individual coaching, to couples coaching, Life Skills teaching and keynote speeches.
