• Lead and facilitate project changes that improve performance, while weighing and mitigating any risk. Mitigating risk may involve meeting diverse client needs/timelines, or assessing impacts to existing processes/functionality. • Develop customized solutions with consideration for limiting costs while improving performance. Includes ability to take unique client requirements and develop an acceptable CORE solution that would benefit all stakeholders.• Responsible for managing all phases of software development life cycle, which includes leading planning meetings, JAD sessions, analysis development, test inspections, and other project meetings throughout product life cycle• Investigate then guide cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and achieve resolution of issues that arose from project implementation• Ensure alignment through best practice process – including ongoing review of methodology, release coordination, common guidelines, tools

• Responsible for collecting client requirements, clarifying client objectives, managing project scope, and identifying and managing risks• Analyze business requirements in order to create business designs, prepare test scripts and execute test plan/ validate results in the Bill Review User Acceptance environment• Create functional specifications, standard operating procedures and training materials to help instruct colleagues and other users on new processes and procedures.• Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders and technical delivery teams ensuring efficiency; lead meetings with all stakeholders regarding project requirements and functionality enabling them to meet their timelines

-Define and manage project scope, timelines, resources.-Track issues, manage risks, facilitate operational readiness for corporate product roll-outs, internal systems and business process development.-Establish performance standards reports that include staff quality levels, frequency of Workers' Compensation state fee schedule updates, and status of projects targeted for system implementation.-Create, implement and document corporate rate automation policies/procedures for use by staff.-Establish staff training opportunities to ensure employee development and advancement.
