In my many years of service at Porter Wright I have held several positions in the Information Technology department, which has given me a wide variety of skills in this area. I recently moved into the Human Resources Department where my total focus is on learning and the development of employee skills and abilities. My responsibilities include developing and conducting technology training for all employees of the firm, and participating in the development of our associates and legal staff. These responsibilities include providing end users with the opportunities to develop their technology skills in a way that enhances productivity and efficiency. I interact daily with the legal staff and leadership to create and improve workflow processes to provide our clients with the best service possible.
