• Answered around 25 – 30 inquiries a week from Employees and Store Managers via email and telephone.
• Assisted with a Mass ROE run to submit to Service Canada when transferring software programs (VIP to Workday) for around 35,000 employees. I submitted around 10,000.
• Audited ROEs to be submitted to Service Canada on a bi-weekly basis (fixed errors on ROEs for about 26 employees per pay period). Processed 2 – 5 ROEs by employee request per pay period.
• Entered Calculations into Workday payroll software for mid-pay transfers on a bi-weekly basis, and 25 bonus amounts per month received from the Compensation team.
• Investigated pay discrepancies in bi-weekly audit reports. I investigated around 30 – 50 employees per pay period.
