I process accounts payable and receivable for 29 companies. Two companies currently need payroll processing with ACH transfers. I complete monthly bank reconciliations for all companies and file annual reports, quarterly payroll reports, 1099's and W-2's. Assist with contract and closing documentation for investment and property purchases. Track online payments and maintain system for keeping reports and payments current. Catalog research literature with electronic file for searching information. Established new electronic check system for quicker payment for out of state vendors.

Handle all accounting functions including general ledger, account payables, job costing, accounts receivable, and payroll. File tax reports for three states as needed, including business tax, sales tax, quarterly tax for state and federal. Track and submit certified payroll reports as required by federal and/or state contracts. Process contracts and purchase orders for jobs. Reconcile accounts. Manage and staff the tracking of all insurance certificates for over 250 subcontractors. File paperwork pertaining to worker's compensation and make sure training is up to date. Evaluate employee health insurance policies on a yearly basis to get the best policy that keeps cost low but still gives employees the best coverage. Purchasing of supplies, business machines and mailers. Hire office staff. Prepare reports for annual audits. Publish qualification statements for govermental work.

Manage accounts payable staff. Handle all correspondence and phone calls from vendors and suppliers. Formulate reports to help track private label funds.
