Educate clients regarding their IRA accounts and non-traditional investments within IRS guidelines.Assist clients with required Equity Trust forms needed to process their investment request. At client requests, CSR completes the form with client signing a proxy.Walk clients through enrolling and using ‘eVantage’, Equity Trust’s online system. Clients can use this to view their balances, investments, pay bills, etc., from their IRA account.Accurately document client accounts in Sales Force and Express.Process credit card payments for clients who wish to pay their annual maintenance fees, any special fees or make a contribution over the telephone. Answer incoming calls from customers and process their propane orders in SAP.Assist customers with pricing, delivery status and billing issues.Take and process payments from customers.
