I am a Functional Medicine Health Coach. I am currently also working as a Physical Therapy assistant and specialize in working with patients with TBI/ABI as well as multiple mental disorders. I’ve been a PTA for 22 years now. I recently graduated from The Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, which is associated with the Institute for Functional Medicine. I am excited to start seeing coaching clients as I feel this is a natural fit for me, having been doing PT for so long. I am very passionate about Functional Medicine, as it has helped me and my children so much. I have worked with probably thousands of people over the years, all ages and all ailments. I have always wanted to be able to help in a more holistic way, rather than just physically. I am a person that loves to “connect the dots”, find the root cause of an issue and find a way to improve it head on. This is why I love Functional Medicine so much, and I hope to use it to help thousands MORE people reach their health goals!
