Our main focus was documenting Finance and Accounting processes for a global outsourcing engagement. Lori was tasked with documenting detailed processes that weren’t in her immediate experience. Despite this, Lori, got up to speed very quickly. During her tenure with Accenture, she emerged as a leader on our team. She has supported both the North American and EMEA (Geneva and Belfast) facilities. Lori has been an outstanding member of the team producing quality documentation in a very timely manner as we had very tight deadlines. Her performance was rewarded by her being requested by our client to stay on the team for a few extra weeks to assist in the completion of additional high priority documentation that was needed.
