I review appraisal reports quickly and accurately. I developed written comments to dramatically improve the draft not acceptable (DNA) rate. I developed a follow-up routine. Rather than escalate appraisal problems to management, I try to resolve the problem. I read information from the Appraisal Institute and Client Requirements to stay abreast of issues in the Appraisal Review process. Expert in Cost to Cure, REO, Luxury Homes, and Income and Commercial Property. Shortly after joining the Certified Review team, I pointed out to my Supervisor an appraisal report that was grossly undervaluing a luxury property.

I create rapport and teaching environment for Appraisers willing to learn from my experience. Rather than only tell the Appraiser what to correct, I try to educate the Appraiser on WHY we are asking for certain items. I plan my work-flow to accomplish the most deliverable reports in a day. We are typically requested to deliver 15 reports per day; however because of my escalation skills my average is approximately 6 to 10 reports daily. This is primarily due to limited quality control (QC) reviews.
