As a supervisor/Server for the Great Dane Pub & Brewing Co. I was responsible for the daily operations of a multi-million dollar Brew Pub. My role included opening and closing duties; overseeing a staff of up to 25 members at one given time; training development; leading trainer meetings; training new staff; wholesale keg inventory; booking live bands and deejays for weekly entertainment; POS troubleshooting; Facebook and website administrator.

Collaborated on and executed regional field plans in tandem with the state-wide field and media strategies to mobilize nearly a million people in Wisconsin to vote NO on the Ban on Civil Unions and Gay Marriage.Developed in person recruitment, phone, and door to door canvassing scripts. Led trainings and volunteer meetings for upwards of 500 people.
