I have 12+ years working in the the accounting field in a corporate setting. It involved utilization of several computer accounting programs, reconciliation of documents, customer service (Internally and externally), and working as a team in a small group with a high volume of paperwork to process. Some of the jobs I held in the same corporate company were an accounts receivable clerk for 4 years in the credit department, which also included opening commercial accounts, doing credit references via phone, and collection of negative debt of fraudulent transactions at retail level. I inter-company transferred and held the title of accounts payable clerk for 8 years. I was mainly responsible for all purchase order accounts, both inventory and non-inventory merchandise/services, capital assets and assessing use tax. I am bilingual in Castilian Spanish at an intermediate level.
