As a Client Services Specialist for VisionPoint, I provide day to day support for financial advisors, Jim Waggoner, Pete Peterson and Ryan Krome. I coordinate processes and solutions between plan sponsors and plan providers for our Sioux Falls block of business. The prep for customer meetings is accomplished through me and more importantly the follow-up is done in a timely manner to meet the expectations of the client. My background in mortgage lending provides me with experience in client satisfaction and meeting deadlines. I enjoy the fast paced environment that financial services brings to our team.
