I am highly experienced in office and contract management and procedures, recruitment and human resources, and proposal development. I work with the Director of the Portland office to oversee the operation of the Portland office. I joined RMC Research in 1997 and have performed a variety of roles based on current and continuously evolving office needs. I supervise support and research assistant staff and provide general oversight of maintenance agreements and leases to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office facility. I am an integral part of proposal development teams developing budgets and ensuring that proposals meet all technical and contractual requirements. I coordinate all contract administration and office personnel functions and provide administrative management support on projects.
