Specializing in business process performance measurement, analysis, and optimization.As part of my role, I manage content for IBM’s business process performance data (in the areas of product development, supply chain, marketing, and IT), including gathering business requirements for comparative data, definition of target metrics, survey design, and reporting. I perform statistical analysis and interpretation of survey results, and summarize findings for a business audience. Most of my deliverables are for internal audiences.I also manage IBM’s suite of business process benchmarking tools, including gathering/defining functional business requirements.

As a consultant with Price Waterhouse / PwC Consulting, served on a dozen or so client projects; broad exposure to business issues related to supply chain management; performed duties across the full lifecycle of IT solution design and implementation.
