Changed state licensure law/Medicaid policy to reflect the new reality of virtual care. Worked on Medicaid/Medicare policy analysis, formulated strategy, alignment, execution in a brand new practice area (on a server) vs. traditional brick and mortar. Blazed trail for telehealth group practice enrollment in Medicaid while balancing the needs of health plans and meeting agency requirements for enrollment, network adequacy, and provider credentialing.
