In my current role with KPMG, I lead large-scale transformation initiatives firm-wide. I presently direct 5 workstreams that are projected to yield significant efficiencies in critical back-office functions, including capabilities in automation, offshoring, and organizational design. I have also been instrumental in shepherding a cultural shift, developing lean management capabilities, and conducting training to inspire innovation around process improvements. Previously, I was vice president of operational excellence with Brookfield Properties, where I evaluated strategic opportunities, created implementation plans, and executed critical projects. I championed the integration of two Brookfield organizations, which entailed partnering with the president of commercial development to set the vision for the future.
