Lead multi division Unit of victim advocates. Direct and manage team supervisors. Responsible for implementing Unit's vision, training program, grant reporting, and service delivery systems. Work closely with members of the State's Attorney's Executive Staff, Bureau Chiefs and Deputy Chiefs. Works with labor union representatives and other governmental, private, not-for-profit, and community agencies.

Clinical Supervisor – Managed all clinical aspects of this nationally recognized child abuse and neglect program. Direct service included forensic interviews of children and adolescents in alleged sexual and physical abuse cases, clinical evaluation of child maltreatment, and short term counseling. Supervised staff, maintained coordination of interdisciplinary team, and shepherded program growth.Program Coordinator - Implemented and coordinated all aspects of the federally funded Midwest Regional Children’s Advocacy Center. Recruited trainers and recognized experts to assist in the design and implementation of child maltreatment training and technical assistance packages related to CAC development, forensic and clinical interviewing, and interdisciplinary team building. Edited regional newsletter, contributed to national publication “Forensic Interviewing in a Hospital Setting”, and planned and carried out a multi-state child maltreatment conference. Clinical Social Worker - Coordinated and conducted forensic interviews in interdisciplinary child abuse investigations. Short term counseling services provided to children and families.

Preached, planned and led worship services, provided pastoral counseling, taught, and administered church programs. Authored and instituted a relationally based English as a Second Language program.
