This role encompasses a variety of skills and responsibilities including 1) developing relationships with church leaders, community agencies, and other ministries to increase awareness of Beauty from Ashes. 2) Overseeing initiatives to secure funding, maintain and create donor relationships. 3) Collaborating with our marketing team to ensure the messaging is on point and relevant for our audiences. 4)Assisting the Executive Dir. with developing new content. 4) Various project management pieces. 5) Improving and developing advocacy training and oversight. 6) Involved with leading our weekly support group for survivors. 7) Pursuing transitional housing options and other community resources. 8) Recruiting more helping hands who want to help us bring the redemptive hope of Jesus to the oppressed.

Created a training platform within NIS to ensure agents would learn and develop effective sales strategies and closing techniques that would profit themselves and the company. Visually showcased statistics to help sales reps see where they are compared to recent history and their peers.
