Along the way, I recognized a strong societal emphasis on hard work to achieve our goals, but not on fueling the very thing that gets us there - ourselves.This curiosity sparked my goal in life to cultivate a world where organizational entities and humans can coexist harmoniously, eventually leading to beginning my career in Industrial and Organizational Psychology I've developed my expertise in leveraging data and evidence-based practices for strategic organizational decisions. My specialties involve crafting strong selection systems, developing and analyzing employee surveys, managing people projects, and advocating for practices that value and retain talent.
