Managed Regional Credit and Collections for three facilities, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Spec Control, Pricing, and Database Security, and Sarbanes Oxley for $120 million division. Accountable for driving transactional improvements throughout organizations. Led transactional lean team to improve sales order to shipment process, reducing cycle time from 4,000 to 23 minutes. Collaborated with team members to improve database security by streamlining layers into functional areas and reducing security layers from 64 to 12. Manager, Accounts Payable and Receivable, EFD and STD Divisions, 2003-2006 Managed the Credit and Collections function for two divisions and five facilities, Accounts Payable and Bank Reconciliations for $200 million in assets. Managed the creation and flow for all cash related areas for newly created division. Established a Credit and Collections and Accounts Payable procedure inline with Corporate Policy, securing banking relationships and database preparation to accommodate cash management for $60 million division.
