About Lori Stevens

Upon graduating high school in 1987, I became a Recruiter/Consultant in the manufacturing industry placing all levels of salaried employees. In 1992, I decided to establish my own recruiting firm and Burleson & Associates, Inc. doors were opened. At Burleson & Associates, the main focus was on the telecommunications industry and I became quite successful. In 2000 I was asked by a client of mine to become their sole recruiter. When the telecommunications industry took a turn for the worse in 2002, I decided to be a stay-at-home mom. In 2004, after a 2 year hiatus, I became a Sr. Consultant/Recruiter with First Search America, Inc. specializing in the meat and poultry industries.
