Being a part of the Navision / Microsoft environment for more than 25 years, I was invited to join Lesco to implement and train on their D365 Business Central solution implementation project. This position was a really great experience in that I was hands on in structuring data, working with Excel and learning Visual Studio with report modifications and creation. I have a strong handle on user permissions and other administrative responsibilities. This project required many modifications to save the user time in the fast paced sales environment and to say it was challenging would be an understatement. With a successful live implementation in my portfolio, and the desire to keep working in this environment, I am completely open to new opportunities. While I am not (yet) an expert in all things Business Central, I have that goal in mind and would love the opportunity to continue working with the Microsoft products that I know well.

As Sales Operations Specialist, I am responsible for neurosurgical equipment used for demo purposes in cranial stabilization and brain retraction cases. I manage the inventory, scheduling and rotation and all communication between our sales force located across the US and Canada. I coordinate our tradeshow participation and organize our annual Distributor meeting. I work with a phenomenal group of clinical experts, sales experts in this field and engineers providing breakthrough technologies. I am learning about neurosurgical medical devices and providing solutions leading to lives saved.

I was Purchasing Manager, I've maintained relationships with all of our vendors, including Microsoft, HP, Lenovo, Cisco and Symantec. I was responsible for keeping our Partnerships current and compliant. I was Inside Sales support to our sales team. Because I had access to real time pricing and contacts for volume discounts, I was proactive at acquiring quotes on the fly for our customers.
