"Home to 900 Veterans and 1100 professional and support team members" I manage the care, safety, regulatory compliance, and welfare of over 450 independent care residents and an additional 42 residents in our Residential Care Facility (RCFE). I also have daily interactions and collaboration with leadership, and the medical and professional staff in the Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF) units, Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), and the Ambulatory Care Clinic (ACC). I have oversight and supervision of 6 managers, 200+ residential support staff members, food services, our therapeutic staff and activities, campus chaplaincy, community outreach efforts, fundraising activities, volunteer initiatives, and 11 residential buildings.I am also responsible for successful regulatory inspections , compliance and outcomes; the CO-Chair of Yountville’s Quality Assurance Performance Committee; A Lead Member on the Incident Command Center Team, and a member of the Donations Committee.
