• Oversee Human Resources functions for two businesses which consist of 3 manufacturing facilities that have different policies, benefits and procedures.• Serve as business partner on each business’smanagement team to ensure alignment of human resources with strategic business plan.• Development and management of each businesses human capital plan to ensure succession plans are in place for key positions.• Talent Management – manage strategies for acquiring top talent for business and aligning talent to meet business objectives. • Development program management – includes corporate development programs and individual development plans to ensure goals and objectives of Human Capital Plans are met.• Manage training programs to ensure policy/legal compliance as well as employee wellness.• Organize training programs to enhance employees’ skills and monitor training effectiveness. • Employee relations, labor contract interpretation and grievance resolution for two union workforces, one group of 105 represented by USW and the other group of 95 represented by UAW.• Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations• Performance Management – appraisals and improvement plans• Ensure legal moral and ethical behavior • Compensation and Benefit package management. • Investigate and provide resolution for employee relations issues.• Responsible for Company reporting and compliance with federal and state regulations.

• Oversee Human Resources team that performs all HR functions for organization consisting of 700+ employees including a union workforce of approximately 100 employees. Workforce also included a call center, adjunct and full-time educators, Marketing, IT, Product Development, Finance and an executive team. • Serve as a partner to the executive team to ensure policies and procedures are aligned with the overall business strategy• Responsible for all employee relations. • Maintain knowledge of state and federal employment laws and provide appropriate training to employees in applicable positions to ensure compliance. • Responsible for all employee benefits programs.• Administrator of HRIS System, Applicant Tracking System, and Employee/Manager Self Service System, all of which are integrated within a Shared Services environment.
