Process for a retail mortgage corporation licensed in all 50 states for up to 10 loan officers whilecomfortably managing 40-50 loans in monthly pipeline. Insure loan officers are kept up-to-date on lenderand industry guideline changes. Responsible for reviewing files for accuracy regarding state and federalcompliance matters, pre-underwrite files against final DO/LP findings with checking lender specifics formanually underwritten loans. Process all verifications, clear fraud alerts, review appraisals and title,clearing any issues prior to lender submission. Once approved, clear underwriting conditions, requestclosing documents, coordinate closings, approve final HUD's with title and lender's closing department. Inaddition, insure fundings occur on time, close out files at end of month and review loan officer'scommission prior to moving to accounting; transitioned from different banking platformsfrom the closing of Fidelity First Mortgage to Catalyst Lending, CFB Loan Services and WintrustMortgage Corporation- all under the same manager with the same responsibilities.

Responsibilities included completing loan applications both over the phone and in person, setting up files,registering and locking loans, retrieving verifications, ordering credit reports, supplements, appraisals, titlecommitments, tax certificates, evidence of insurance and obtaining condominium/PUD questionnaires.Also responsible for preparing files for loan submission, clearing underwriting conditions, requesting loandocuments, printing, reviewing and preparing documents for closing, including reviewing HUD's, makingcopy packages for the borrowers and realtors. In addition, presenting loan closing documents, originatingloans and educating the borrower on credit repair. Interface with loan officers, customers, realtors,underwriters, closers and title professionals in the successful closing and funding of mortgage transactions.
