Responsible for managing multiple functions including National Sales Administration, Claims processing, Claims training, Call center for accident claims, Grievance and Appeals, Disability and Life claims, and Claim adjustments. In each of these areas I was responsible for all day to day activities including, review and implementation of small group insurance cases, payment of claims, responding to Insurance commissioner complaints, hiring, coaching, auditing, training, drafting guidelines and work flows, problem resolution, customer contacts, presentations, and functioning as a resource for all market offices across the country. This involved working with not only with my team members, but all levels of associates throughout the organization. In addition to these duties I have functioned as a lead representative for my departments on multiple cross-departmental process improvement teams.
