Hello! I'm Lori Wallace, founder of Career Ecology. I am a woman on a mission to help bring healing and connection to the space of job change.My journey to this work began when the twin towers fell on September 11th, 2001. I was 7 months pregnant and working as a marketing executive for a financial services company in San Francisco.On that tragic day, something shifted in me – I knew I needed to quit banking and find a way to help heal the world through radical kindness.This burning desire led me to the field of executive recruiting and ultimately my start-up recruiting agency (igMedical) in 2005. My sole purpose was to transform head hunting into human connection.Fast forward to 2016 and the ensuing cascade of crises from Covid to culture chaos and climate change – I felt the call to birth Career Ecology in order to liberate authenticity and empowerment for all people in career transition.I have a fire in my belly to help catalyze a new way – the way of authentic relating for all.
