I am Senior Director, for both membership and volunteer support. This position requires strategic planning to achieve membership goals with new and retained members. This includes both girl and adult membership. I first started to work with volunteers and children in 2004 as vice president of PTO at Magnolia Public School. I started my professional work with volunteers in 2006 as a Recruitment Specialist for Girl Scouts. In 2015 I earned my certification as a Volunteer Administrator (CVA).I am an experienced nonprofit professional, with expertise in volunteer management, adult training, girl programs and events. My position allows me to continue to build relationships with volunteers to make change. I inspire my team with a shared vision of utilizing volunteers to their highest potential to create strong administrative volunteer teams. I have attended numerous conflict management workshops to make me the qualified designated person for all volunteer concerns and conflicts. I oversee numerous volunteer committees and am currently working on a tracking system for the new training I created and implemented over the past 6 months.
